EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT WAMPDO'S POST-LAUNCH SUPPORT.
Last updated: [18-07-2026]
Every eligible Wampdo website and software project includes a 30-day post-launch support period. During this time, we will address eligible technical issues related to the functionality and features included in the original project scope.
If something we delivered is not functioning as originally intended, we will work to make it right.
1. What's Covered
Our complimentary 30-day support covers issues directly related to the website or software as originally designed, developed, and delivered by Wampdo.
Support includes:
- Bugs or technical issues affecting functionality included in the original project scope.
- Display or functionality issues related to the original design or development delivered by Wampdo.
- Front-end issues that occur while performing normal content updates, such as editing text, images, videos, sliders, or other supported content through the provided administration interface.
- Eligible technical issues reported within the 30-day post-launch support period.
If an eligible issue is reported before your support period expires, Wampdo will continue working to resolve that specific issue even if the resolution extends beyond the original 30-day period.
2. What's Not Covered
The complimentary support period does not cover issues caused by modifications, third-party changes, unauthorized alterations, or work outside the original project scope.
Complimentary support may not apply where an issue results from:
- Adding, deleting, or modifying website or software code, including HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Node.js, React, or other programming code.
- Installing, removing, updating, or modifying themes, plugins, extensions, libraries, files, or other third-party components without Wampdo's involvement.
- Changes to hosting, server, cPanel, database, DNS, security, or other technical configurations.
- Modifications performed by the Client, another developer, agency, hosting provider, or other third party.
- New features, functionality, integrations, design changes, or customizations that were not included in the original project scope.
- Issues caused by third-party platforms, APIs, plugins, extensions, hosting providers, software, or external services outside Wampdo's reasonable control.
- Issues resulting from unauthorized access, malware, improper use, or changes made outside the normal operation of the website or software.
Any work falling outside the complimentary support period or original project scope may be quoted and billed separately.
3. How to Report an Issue
If you notice something that does not match the functionality or design originally delivered by Wampdo, please provide as much information as possible so that we can investigate the issue efficiently.
When reporting an issue, please provide:
- A clear description of the issue and what you expected to happen.
- The URL of the page where the issue is occurring, where applicable.
- Confirmation of whether the issue affects a specific page or the entire website or software application.
- Screenshots or a screen recording demonstrating the issue whenever possible.
- Any relevant steps or actions that help us reproduce the problem.
Providing complete and accurate information helps us identify and resolve technical issues more efficiently.
4. Support Timeframe
The complimentary support period begins on the date the completed website or software project is officially launched or delivered and continues for 30 calendar days.
After the 30-day support period expires, complimentary support ends. Any additional maintenance, troubleshooting, updates, modifications, or technical assistance may require a separate support, maintenance, or Managed Web Services agreement.
If an eligible issue was reported during the 30-day support period, Wampdo will continue addressing that specific reported issue even if the support period expires before the issue is resolved.
5. Website & Software Training
Eligible website and software projects include up to 2 hours of complimentary training during the 30-day post-launch support period.
Training may include guidance on:
- Editing website text and other content.
- Updating images, videos, and supported media.
- Managing supported website features and functionality.
- Using the website administration dashboard.
- Using the delivered software or web application.
- Understanding basic administrative tools and functionality included within the completed project.
Training may be provided through a video conference or recorded tutorial, depending on the Client's preference and the nature of the training required.
Training sessions are not scheduled automatically. Clients who require training should contact Wampdo during their 30-day support period to arrange a suitable session.
6. Additional Support
Support requested after the complimentary 30-day period, or support involving work outside the original project scope, may be provided as a separate paid service.
Clients requiring ongoing website maintenance, updates, monitoring, technical assistance, or other recurring support may choose an applicable Wampdo Managed Web Services plan or request a separate support arrangement.
7. Additional Terms
This Post-Launch Support Policy is subject to Wampdo's Terms of Service and the terms of the applicable project proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement between Wampdo and the Client.
If there is a conflict between this Support Policy and an applicable signed project agreement, the terms of the applicable signed agreement will take precedence.
