Wampdo, operated by, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy agreement explains what information we collect through wampdo.com and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

  • Contact/quote form submissions: name, email, phone number, and project details are all you voluntarily provide.
  • Payment information: processed securely through Stripe; we do not store full card details on our servers.
  • Service-specific data: for Digital Marketing and AI Services engagements, we may collect campaign data,
  • Analytics access, or business data you provide to configure automation tools, chatbots, or ad campaigns.
  • Analytics data: standard website analytics (pages visited, browser type, general location) collected via Cookies or similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver contracted services, process payments, and improve our website.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our business — Stripe (payments), hosting/cloud providers, advertising platforms (Google, Meta) for Digital Marketing campaigns run on your behalf, and AI/automation platforms used to deliver AI Services — each bound by their own privacy obligations.

Stripe may collect personal data including cookies and Similar technologies, including transactional data and device identifying information, to operate and improve their services, including fraud detection and analytics.

Canada

We handle your personal information consistent with the principles of Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), including using data only for the purpose it was collected and allowing you to request access or deletion.

United States (including California)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Including the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its "sale" Or "sharing" (Wampdo does not sell personal data). Clients in other US states receive the same standard of transparency and data minimization.

European Union & United Kingdom

We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and UK GDPR. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object or restrict certain processing.
Where required, we rely on Your consent, contractual necessity, or legitimate interest as our legal basis for processing. Data may be transferred outside the EU/UK to our service providers (e.g., Stripe, hosting providers); where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

United Arab Emirates

We handle your personal data consistently with the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), including limiting data use to the stated purpose and providing access/deletion rights upon request.

5. Data Retention

We retain project and campaign data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill contractual and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized upon request. EU/UK clients may request confirmation of deletion timelines in line with GDPR storage limitation principles.

Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@wampdo.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, and within statutory deadlines where required by GDPR, CCPA, or PDPL.
